Human Resources Manager

Our client, a large professional services firm is seeking an HR
manager and a director level HR manager for positions in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities include:

Deliver strategic HR Generalist services including: organizational
capability and performance assessment, work force planning, successor
planning, leadership development and coaching, senior leader selection
and deployment, organization design and culture alignment

Develop, coach and manage a cross-functional team to meet the
staffing, compensation, learning and training, organization
effectiveness and labor relation needs of people managers

Provide fundamental HR generalist services including: selection,
management training, individual employee performance management,
compliance investigations and compensation administration in
accordance with professional standards, legal requirements and
corporate policies and procedures

Serve as a strategic business partner personally responsible for the
delivery of services across the breadth of the technical areas
including compensation, benefits, staffing/resource management,
performance management, organization change, communications, and
employee relations.

Be a catalyst for functional managers and their organizations by
providing business guidance and solutions, challenging the status quo,
driving continuous improvement, influencing cultural evolution and
managing change.

Serves as confidant, employee advocate and management advisor, through
proactive and creative solutions, leadership acumen and coaching.

These are permanent full-time positions.
